I like this guy named J.T right and Im afraid to ask him out because he might say no and that would really make me sad. I dont know what to do. Any opinions?

You could first drop hints and if he's slow, drop bigger hints and if he still doesn't get it, then ask him out.

You cant make someone like you. But dont feel ugly only because he said no. Screw him!! Hell regret it eventually when he starts to like you. Just try to forget about him. Hope everything works out.
