Equipment
Skillet
Wooden spoon
colander
knife /cutting board
cookie sheet
turner

Ingrediants
12 large cooked shrimp, rinsed and drained
OR
24 bay shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 T of minced garlic
1 T of parsley
1/4 T of hot pepper sause
1 T olive or vege oil
8-oz can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 T greated parmesan cheese
Directions

-preheat oven to 375'F

-In medium skillet over medium-high heat, stir fry shrimp, garlic, parsley, and hot pepper sause in oil for 1 min. Remove from heat

-Remove dough from can in rolled sections, do NOT unroll. Cut rolls into 12 slices. Place cut side down, 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press half of each dough slice to flatten onto cookie sheet. Press half of each dough slice to flatten onto cookie sheet.

-place 1 large shrimp or two small bay shrimp [ with a little of the garlic/parsley mixture] on flattened half of each slice. Fold remaining half of dough slice over shrimp. do NOT seal

-Sprinkle each with parmesan cheese

-Bake at 375'F for 11-13 mins or until golden brown, serve warm.
