And it's not a SHE. THEY are a band called Evanescence. The SHE is named Amy Lee. She isn't Evanescence, she's just the lead singer of the band, Evanescence. Too many people know her as "Evanescence"....

Well, anyways....they're an okay band. I really respect her for her amazing vocals. ^_^

Yeah, I agree with Amy - Amy Lee has a great voice. But, the only song I've ever liked from them is "My Immortal" because I never liked any of their other songs. I actually like their newer material opposed to their old for some reason...

I went to the concert with them, finger eleven, cold, and some other band. Evanescence was the best, out of them all. Amy was so beautiful, she was was wearing a wedding dress that she designed. But ya, I dont like them too much anymore. lol

I don't like them, but I don't dislike them either. Their music is tolerable.

I like their music, especially My Immortal. It's so moving.

i love the whole cd but my favorite song off that cd is 'my immortal'. i love that song!!!

some of their songs just.... annoy because i cant remmerber the lyrics to it [then i cant sing the song :P]

They're okay, but I just don't like them anymore. Hearing their C.D. over and over again made me realise that most of their songs sound way too similiar. Plus, I heard that the Ben guy, who was originally with Amy Lee left the band. I'd hate to admit it, but I personally think they're overrated now.

I do like the songs 'My Immortal', 'Tourniquet', and 'Bring Me to Life' when the mood fits though.

I love the band, but I think the singles they have out were overplayed on the radio. I definitely enjoy the rest of the CD though.

I'm not a fan of any rock, lol. The lead singer is great =) BUT i don't think her voice works with the band.. that's just me though. Her sweet voice doesn't work with the rock.. for me..

I love them.. My fav song off the album is Hello.... They are a great band, and I hope for another album, everyone just gives them a hard time. They have their own kind of music....

I think its obvious I love them. They're absolutely wonderful in concert. Amy's voice and talent with a piano is amazing. John, Rocky, Will, and Terry are extraordinary musicians. They have everything I have ever looked for in a band. And their heads aren't swolen.
As to my favorite songs...Breathe No More, Anywhere, Lies, Exodus, Imaginary, pretty much all of their new, old, and everything in between songs.

Oh, and by the way for all of the people that say their "album" is awesome, you seriously need to look at their old material. They aren't that young -__-. They started in 1996/1997. Yeah.

I love em I think Amy's voice is beautiful, and they all make amazing music. I really like their demos though. And the other songs they've released.

I find this quite odd.
As many of you should know, I'm a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE Ev fav. But lately I've been listening to a lot of different bands, and I've noticed I'm a LOT happier than I was before. Not sure if it has anything to do w/ Ev or not, but hey. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Of course, I'm still a huge fan. That hasn't changed at all, so don't flip out because Melissa isn't quoting verses nonstop. I'm still as dorky as they come.

i like them. havnt listened to their cd in awhile. but i like it. and i like amy lee

yes, amy lee has a such an amazing voice...i was watching this thing on mtv awhile ago, they were preparing for a concert or something and amy was singing opera, i think she was just joking around but it sounded astonishing

shes really great. shes very talented except she cant sing too well live. and alll her songs sound the same. but she writes all her songs and i think tahts pretty amazing considering that alot of artsts right now have other people write their music.
