unfortunately, I don't know how to swim either

I use to know how to swim but I use to get a lot of ear infections so I was forbidden to put my head under water. Don't worry I was allowed to wash my hair and stuff, lol.

yup, I'm a pretty good swimmer, but not the best diver..I learned when I was 7 and had swimming lessons for 4 years I believe.

i had to take swim lessons at the ymca like 3 times for rowing (just in case your boat flips over) sighhh..like im surrounded kids half my age and sizee

yes i do .. i took lessons when i was 7 and the coach made us swim in 10 ft. it is my second favorite sport after volleyball =)

aww, join the club, I always got stuck in the little kids class at the Y for swimming lessons, and because I was so self-consious (sp?) I'd always not come and now I'm 14 nd regret it...

i was kind of "traumatized" when i was younger. i was like, seven and i went into the "big kids" swimming lesson by accident.
then i quit.

I'm a shit swimmer... but I can swim. They'll teach you when you get to HS if you don't know how... at least they do here.

i started when i was four and finished all the learning courses there were at the center when i was about 12 i think. i was on the team a few years. then i went for lifeguarding courses which pretty much killed all positive thoughts i had for swimming.. i still passed though.
but diving is really fun. i can't do any impressive flips or anything, but i always liked diving. :)
