does the amount food effect periods? if you eat more, will you get the period faster?

if u eat less, will you get your period later?

You should ask fat people and skinny people how often they have their periods. That should answer your question.

yes, because when I wouldn't eat for long periods of time, my period would be late, but idk about eating a lot

No because if someone just stopped eating they'd still get their period..it has nothing to do with your stomach and digestion system and that whole area.

I heard from some celebrity that she once was close to anorexic and she hasn't had her period for a couple months cause she ate too little. Dunno if it's true but may it does actually affect a bit....?

i dunno... i think i heard somewhere that anorexic girls never get their periods... well they skip i guess. i have no idea, i think i just heard that somewhere
