It's just rumors and gossip. Don't believe everything you hear. Oh and I think this belongs in Entertainment because it has to do with an actor's possible death.

there was something that said it wasn't all over that news cuz his parents didn't want a million Napolean fans crying on their shoulders or whatever but even if the parents asked not to, it would still be everywhere. therefore it's not true. rumors get stirred up by people who see look alikes of celebrities and you shouldn't believe them because they're not true.

John Heder, lead role in Napoleon Dynamite, died of head injuries after undergoing a highway car accident two days ago. He was riding in the passenger seat on his way to Salem, Oregon with his friend Mike McHill when the driver supposedly saw a deer run in front of the car. Mike overcorrected and drove off a steep ten foot embankment after rolling three or four times.
John was leaving from the wrap party for the film Moving McAllister, a comedy starring Mila Kunis. Heder was said to have been heading to his home town to take a break after the movie was filmed. Sadly, for this Mormon, his plans were cut short when Bambi streaked in front of their car.
The '01 Pontiac Sunfire was laying upside down in a ditch when the EMTs arrived on the scene. There were open alcoholic beverages found in the back seat but nobody knows which of the two boys were intoxicated. Mike, the driver, was life-flighted to Boise Hospital for treatment of multiple fractures and possible brain injury.
There are possible legal allegations being to be put on McHill, especially if he is found to have alcohol in his blood. Not only is he in a lot of trouble when he comes out, but everyone hates him for being responsible for killing Napoleon Dynamite, the world's newest hero. The tragedy hasn't hit the media yet because Heder's parents wish to keep it undisclosed for as long as possible. Margret, his mother, states, "...at least until after the funeral because we don't want a thousand strange Dynamite-crazed fans crying over our shoulders."

i looked up Jon Heder and i found out that he's gonna come out in 4 upcoming movies this and next year or something like that and he's been seen around like two award ceremonies back in february but then u never know if someone was inpersonating him and stuff but yeah..
i think he's still alive cuz then it would have been a big news thing on it like if any celebrity died and this was just a internet rumor.

Not Dead: Jon Heder of 'Napolean Dynamite'
In answer to the urgent emails that are still coming in three weeks after a grammatically impaired death notice appeared on the Web claiming that "Napoleon Dynamite" star Jon Heder perished in a traffic accident near Salem, Oregon, the answer is: no, there was no accident and no, he's not dead. The fantastically popular 27-year-old actor has made several public appearances since the rumor began circulating early last month, including the GM Ten Event on February 22 and the Vanity Fair Oscar Awards party on the 27th. True, somebody could have been impersonating him at those events, but... why?
