Who cares if she is a snitch? If you just stop talking to her then she'll have nothing to snitch about. If you fight her you give her more of a reason to tell lies and talk shit so why would you provoke her to do the things you hate about her? Just stop being friends with her. It's really not that hard to not be someone's friend especially when you dislike them as much as you seem to dislike her.

If you have to associate with her, then confront her. Example: If you're in her class and you have to do a group projecto and you happen to be put in HER group and she says something mean or starts bitching at you then confront her. But otherwise just stay away from her and she'll forget about you.
