Sounds pretty weird, I know. My parents buy these special bananas that are shorter yet fatter than normal bananas.. and we fry it in a pan with sugar and it is sooo good. I guess you could use a normal banana but make sure it's really ripe. Have you ever tried it?

The restaurant I go to, brings out bananas cut into pieces and covered with this nice toffee kind of syrup and also a bowl of cold water with a whole lot of ice-cubes in it. They put the syrup bananas in the bowl of iced cold water, after a few seconds when the syrup has gotten hard, they take it out. I was like"eww....."at first, but when I tasted it, it was good~

The first time I tried it was in a Chinese restaurant for dessert, it was so delicous.

They gave us a little plate of sugar to dip it into, that was so delicious.
