yes, for example in geocities if u deleted that, people would be able to see you files...you don't want that do you?

if there's nothing on that page, just leave it there. you could delete it but actually it really doesn't matter.

ya you can delete if you want ..but yea people will see your files but if there nothing major then go ahead and delete it
