Does anyone know where the root words vib, rad, and lum originate from? Like what language, and what it means in that language?

like the root words that are in these words:
vib - vibrant
rad - radiant
lum - illuminate

The latter two are Latin. I believe the first is also Latin, but I have no confirmation on that one.
