can i use sun tan lotion in tanning beds? will it still work??

yeah, there's certain tanning lotion that they advise you put on before you go in there.

You might want to actually purchase whatever lotion your tanning salon offers, because sometimes they will not allow outside lotions to be used in their beds, since they could do damage.
I, personally, have never used a protecting sun tanning lotion. I usually use a lotion that'll help create more of a tan on my skin. Not sure if it contains an SPF at all, never honestly looked.

I dont tan. Thats why I'm so white. Why do you want to wear sun tan lotion. Doesn't that keep you from tanning?? I thought they gave you a time you had to be out so you woudln't burn

I don't tan, I'm already tan! Lol, must be from all that Starbucks ^__^. But tanning is bad for you, and I'm sure you've already heard that 30946840968446 times already.
