Ok .. Hilary Clinton died and she went to heaven. Then, suddenly this elf pulled her over to this room full of clocks. The elf explained to Hilary what it was about. Whenever a mortal did something bad, the clock would tick. The elf showed her Mother Teresa's clock. "It never ticked," he said. Then he showed her Abraham Lincoln's. "It ticked once," he remarked. Hilary was like .. do you know where my husband's clock is? The elf was like .. Oh sorry God's using it as a ceiling fan.

Whenever someone did something bad .. the clock would tick. Bill Clinton's clock ticks a lot so God's using it as a ceiling fan ! =)
