If I were you, I would choose guy # 1. You never know he might be what you thought he can never be. Some people appear to be different in terms of looks, but deep inside they really aren't what they seem. Some good looking people really has great personalities when better known. But, as how you described him now, I think you should [rather] pick the 2nd guy. As you said; he is a great listener, someone who'll be there in times of need. Just don't decide for what seem to be right, but what really is right. Otherwise, it's you who'll suffer from the results. Likewise though, it's all in you. You're the one making the decision anyway, by now, you should know which one.

well maybe cuz u didnt get a chance to get to know #1 well enough? or is it just that u guys dont get along or u dont feel very comfortable? i really think its important to get physically attracted too, to be honest, i'd prob go for the first guy (not necessarily be official just yet) and be honest and tell him that i wanna get to know him better.. it seems like the second guy would make a good friend..

GUY # 2 >=) He has a great personality and perfect to talk to about ANYTHING looks aren't everything and if you guys go out you don't have to worry about those shallow girls that come up to him and flirt.
