lol, not joking, that's what my mom does. our whole hosue is filllid with this healthy food....and like I wanted  a escond lunch a litlte whiel ago, and I Went up stairs to eat, but as soon as I caught site of the tofu (barfe) fors some reason my apetite went away.

and I'm not meaning this to be really funny either, it really does work! and it's not like you'll end up starving yourself or anythign, when you are ACTUALLY hungry and not jsut wanting to eat for the heck of it those health foods will apeal...and while you are gorging you're always gorgiong on healthy food!!! so even if you STILLL can't stop from eating all the time, at LEAST you are ewating someitnhg healthy!!

lol, once again, this is not meant as a joke...IT REALLY WORKS!!

Lock away the foods that are unhealthy, or tell ur mom to stop buying them, or to hide them. If u find ur self looking for them...well that would suck!

I love food! i think i can speek 4 most girls wen i say we all go through that stage of eating allot its proberbly because you are gowing!
Dont wory but to stop you gaining weight try something less fatty You know what i realy like when i am feeling hungery at the wrong time is a fruit mix! they r nice and jucie and make me feel less hungery! (plus it does wonders for your skin!!!)

make your family hide the food. out of sight, out of mind. haha that's what i do when i buy like special candy for my sister...caz if i see it, i'll end up eating it and there's none left for her. it works!!

easy, do something productive after each snack you eat.
20 jumping jacks and crunches aren't so bad.

but anywho yea i eat a lot too but i excercise hecka lot. i guess just eat more healthy. i stop eating junk food and i lost 5 pounds =D haha~ dont worry ppl i still eat ^^ and like in between commercials do 10 sit ups or 15 jumping jacks. and i always tend to do 100 sits ups and 50 push ups before i sleep. it helps you sleep easier and it actually SHOWS results =)

OH YES. That's exactly how I am also. Whenever I'm bored, all I think of is food. And I end up eating a lot of food because I'm always like "Oh, it's ok because I'll burn it off later." Hmph. But then I've been exercising so the best advice I can give you is to either exercise, or to stay away from all the junk food. It's ok to snack, but just don't get carried away like I do.

urgh me too. i eat when i'm bored and confused and when i'm stressed or happy or mad or sad...just do something. if i'm occupied then i can normally keep myself from eating happy.gif

what i would do is stick notes on the food bag like ch ips for instance or everytime you have the urge to eat and you don't need to eat at that moment go penalize yourself like run on a treadmill, do homework etc. _unsure.gif hope that helps
