Hey guys, when you make avatars and purty pictures [sorry, im in a hurry so i cant think...] wat program do you use??? I wanna so hard to edit my pictures to make them look pretty, or maybe make backgrounds or something...but i need a program to do it with

first start with a background...add some brushes...images...text...boom, avatar! Photoshop is a great program to use, you can do a lot of cool things with it. If you need tutorials, then the Big Book of Resources can help! =D

Photoshop would be better unless you have a good understanding of PSP.

Photoshop should work for Windows 98. Adobe Photoshop 7.0 did when I had Windows 98.
