I havent written a poem recently... i posted one up of a poem i wrote a long time ago... i guess I'll make on up right now.

one look at you
and a flood of memories drown me
crumbling what i finally started to build.
my heart would beat fast again
like raging drums within me
and silent tears would flow
I could have sworn i gave up on you
but no...
you are here
haunting my thoughts wherever i go.
an inner struggle tears me up inside
a part wants to run to you and never give up
and the other wants to pack my bags
... leaving you.
YOU seemed to have moved on,
then why is it is so hard for me?
so many fish in the sea...
and you already caught by another...
i should just throw my hook in
and hope for the best.
if it only were that easy...
the only solution is to blind my heart
and keep it away from
one look at you...

God, this one really touched me. I've been through this, felt it...still feeling it now. That was fantastic!

An instance that happens too often, as unfortunate as it is. So easy to see what you're trying to say and feel your words at the same time. Keep on writing
