if you eat food that have oils and stuff like that....then you'll have pimples....redness I think come from your skin being dry..or irritation? I'm not sure...it's really hard to explain this.. whistling.gif
love-issosweet
the causes are dirt and oil and viruses....

Puberty for one. Lack of grooming. Unhealthy diet.

shifting/adjusting of hormones, or clogging of the pores. redness - irritation.

theres lots of reasons for it.

Actually, there is no solid scientific evidence that eating a certain type of food will make you have pimples. That's not to say you can pig out on fast food and chocolate...

Puberty contributes, and dirt from the streets. Wash your face daily, so none of that dirt or oil stays.

depends, some oily food, dirt, and bacteria.
i get acne cuz i play sports/run, so dust rises up to my face all the time.

Basically everyone have listed already. I think the most important thing is to keep your face clean and don't eat junk food!

But pimples aren't bad. Doctors say that having some pimples are good because if you don't, that means you're unhealthy. Cool, eh?

Yay! I'm healthy. Lol. Now that's scary. A lot of unhealthy people in my school. Then again, every girl here is crazy about dieting (i'm not! just exercise! =D).
