But does anyone notice that Michelle doesnt really do anything in Destinys Child? She has hardly any time in the music videos and she hardly has solos. She is also the only one that didnt really do anything during D.C. break.

well its cause she isnt as top noticed as Beonc'ye or Kelly. And she was the raplcement and the last memeber to be in the group.. so yea.. but she is some what talened but doesnt get the attention she deserves..

I like her the most. She has a really pretty voice, but they don't let her do as much because, I think, she was a replacement when the other 2 left, and she was just kind of there. Also, Beyonce' and Kelly have had solo careers, and she hasn't.
They really do need to let her sing more, On Solider I think is the first time shes had a verse to herself. And i was like WOW!

umm...wrong wrong wrong. I would know I'm a huge DC3 buff...I've been to like, 5 dc concerts and saw beyonce live. And michelle did more than beyonce AND kelly musically during their three year break. she released two solo albums, and starred in Aida on Broadway. I dont really like michelle as much as the others, but thats just cuz when I met them, she seemed the rudest of all of them. Kelly was the nicest, beyonce was really quiet, and michelle was rude. But, if you compare voice quality on their new cd, its obvious that michelle is mo match for kelly and beyonce. She doesnt have a powerful voice at all. Shes great at harmonizing, she gives them the sound that really makes them who they are now, but alone, her voice takes away more than it adds to a song. At least in mine and about 8 of my friends opinions. They cant help having an opinion. With a fan as big as me they get taken to concerts and hear the CD everytime we drive anywhere. But yeah, I think michelle is talented, but her singing is better for gospel music (which she is very successful at) and for harmonising. The texture or her voice doesnt fit well with the style of destiny child to me. and also, even tho michelle is the newest member of the group, she is the only reason DC3 even exists today. Michelle is the spiritual bond with them now. I know everyone wants to think that beyonce is some bad guy, but obviously she proved herself by going back an doing another dc3 album, instead of being like Justin timberlake and saying he was going to get back with nsync, then changing his mind cuz of his solo success. Beyonce is not that bad. Shes true to her word. because most people know, beyonce doesnt really need destinys child, and the drama of them oficially breaking up would have done wonders on her publicity. But she got back with the group to do it again, and if you listen to the album, EVERYONE sings...much to my dismay cuz there are a few songs that in my opinion are ruined by michelles singing. And it even has the names of every part that everyone sings in the lyric book. not that I need it cuz I can tell them apart, but a lot of people cant. So there. I'm totally finished now.

yeah I'm a bit of a crazed fan. I got to have lunch with them and give a personal interveiw thru the radio here for the jungle jam in 2000. very exciting/nerve wrecking.

yea, like some people said michelle didnt do ANYTHING during the break? well she did she was very successful in gospel. of course gospel isn't so mainstream so none of us actually took notice, but yea. when i was little like 3-4 years ago? i liked michelle best because she covered up the most =) but now i like kelly the best because she seems to be the most vibrant one

for all of u who think Beyonce is a Bitch she isnt . Destiny`s child 3 was made based on the music industry . They placed michelle there on purpose so that the other 2 could get the most credits on singing and that .this happens to alot of group singers . Where the Manager would always place the top singer first and the 2nds,3rds , or 4ths , as a backround singer . Thats why originally the First Destiny`s Child was broken up cuz the other 2 (Latoya, & and Ashley) had a conflict between Kelly and Beyonce because they are not as well talented and musically creditted as they are. Unfortunately , the music industry places groupies like that on purpose . Its been very common ever since music would first start. I would think Michelle would be a nice , unsensitive and kind person to the other girls , she would know that the other 2 are better then and im surprised she wouldnt break up with them . Sadly to say thats how the music industry goes . They`re evil .....EVIL

i love michelle. she dosent sing as much backup as kelly, but still i think shes unbelieveably talented.

She really needs to stick wtih an image. When DC went their seperate ways, she went all Godly and started to sing gospel music, but when DC got back together she put on her hoochie skirt and began freak dancing with all the guys.

Jealousy? It would make sense to be jealous, since Beyonce is beautiful and makes millions. But when Destiny's Child came into the music industry years ago, I never really liked Beyonce, for some reason. I guess it just stuck. I respect her as a singer, but I don't really like her in general. Some things you can't explain.

i love michelle's voice...it's so unique and even though it's low, i think it sounds really good. i do feel bad for her because she DOESN'T get that much air time on the videos and she DOESN'T get that much singing time in songs. and beyonce gets tooo much time, IMO. i mean, she is obviously the best in the trio but still, the other two derserve some time, too! and i noticed that in one of the pictures, michelle was in the middle instead of beyonce (that's a first) and i thought that they just did that because they felt sorry for her.

She wasnt a part of the "original Destiny's Child" so maybe she feels like the odd man out. I think she is great though, Beyonce steals all the lime light from Michelle and Kelly.
