i dunno bout u ppl but that movie just scares the bejesus out of me... mainly cuz it happned in real life to a little boy...and while they were filmin it ..most of the cast died for no reason.. i think only girl that played the possessed gurl lived... they had an e true hollywood story on it......omg..i dunno why ppl would wanna see it... and now their showin the advertisments for the dvd of it... i always look away....dus it scare u too?

agreed^ . it was sort of funny in a twisted demented way. and the excorsist the beginning was some funny shit. but then again nothing really scares me. my brother said theres something wrong with me.. cos nothing seems to faze me

I love scary movies, and the hype for this movie was so built up that when i finally saw it I was disappointed, but it is kinda freaky that half the cast died :( never heard that before...

i never saw the first one but i have heard that it is really scary! but i saw THE BEGINNING and it wasn't that scary. it did freak me out, though! but it is alright because i like to be scared!

I've seen part of the first one and it was ok. It wasn't that scary...I've never finished watching it though. I'm not sure if I wanna see the second one.

That movie wasnt scary. I thought it was kinda funny. Its not really scary nowadays cause there are more scarier things with technology and stuff like The Grudge or The Ring.

People aren't going to think it's that scary anymore with all of the violent TV shows and other horror movies, this movie seems incredibly tame to some.

the old exorcist (the first one) was such a joke, it didn't scare me at all...the one i saw in the summer scared me sh*tless...

it freaked me out...i actually screamed in the theater

i haven't seen the excorcist, but i did see the true hollywood story on it, and i heard the recent film prequel (?) really sucked -_- but i'll be scared anyways cus im scared of everything

My friend told me about this one part when she's crab walking down the stairs.
And usually when something scares you, you get over cause then through the movie more things scare you and you kinda forget.
Well shes crab walking down the stairs and then the screen goes black for 10 seconds. so that scene is stuck in your head through the entire movie and like afterwards.
that scene just plays over and over in your head.
