okay i'm not sure where to post this but i made a geocities website and its driving me nuts, (dont click the links cuz they dont work yet) anyways i got move my blog part up to the top and i've tried - and + numbers.. nothing at all... i'm not sure if i'm allowed to ask for web help other then xanga but i figured i would give it a try.. anyways i have my code below and a example of my site..

i hope someone can help! that one blog part on the way bottom will not move up whatsoever........its driving me nuts i'm ready to pull my hair..please help me if you can i'd greatly appreciate the help ^_^
