I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to put a forums section in your blog?

Yeah I am looking to creat a small forum in my paintball blog to discuss different amunition, rules, markers, etc. I am not sure if that is possible? Does anyone know of any free forum sites that I could control, use, etc and link to from my blog.
