Are you talking about Ramen? Like...in Cantonese... "lai mein?" I love the Japanese Ramen. It's so goooooood. And not the touristy kind, no, the authentic Japanese Ramen you can get on the streets.

It's SO GOOD. omfg. In Hong Kong there are tons of Japanese people who open little Ramen restaurants and it's SO GOOD. Pork bone soup base...and slices of melt-in-your-mouth pork...oh God.

It's this kind of Japanese Ramen that, ironically, makes me want to return to Hong Kong so badly.
