you need to *smile* at him... ...`cuz it`s a good feeling fer a guy to have a girl smile at him...he would POSSIBLY think "wow...she`s smiling at me...boy...she looks pretty cute when she smiles...hmm...she must like me...hmmm"

but he would most likely think that though...haha..

THEN...it would be an okay to tell the guy how you honestly feel...not too much though!...like "i can`t help but feel attracted to you...i really like you...ya know..?"..haha..

umm hell no is it wrong for a girl to tell a guy how she feels. i tell guys i like them all the time whether i get rejected or not. to tell u the truth i think guys like it when girls tell them how they feel and ask them out. takes some off their shoulders. lOL!
