we're doing this discussion in my geography class...just wondered what you thought...here's my opinion:

i think it's a good thing that we're in there helping them out but what's the point of spending millions of dollars to bomb the whole place and then spend MORE millions of dollars on fixing the destruction that WE made...and another thing i hate is that countries all over the world are always saying the US should mind their own business and that we're materialistic and blah blah...well, whenever that country is in need, they always call the US for help...and, yea, we're materialistic because we're the most smartest nation in the whole world and have come along way with technology...so..yea...OH, and i'm a very strong supporter for the troops in Iraq, my dad is soldier and he's everything to me since my mom is a dumb ho...and i would hate for him to go there and die...

HEY NO FAIR!! I was just about to send "i think this should be in debate." Darn.

I support the war. We could do many things differently, but face it people. We aren't. So at this point, are you going to be a snob and go against your country or are you going to give the troops in Iraq moral support by supporting their effort?

I agree with you on what you think about the war...but sometimes when I hear about what those heartless people are doing to our people (and why) it gets me soo mad so I start thinking...why can't we just get all of our soldiers out of there and bomb the frickin place with atomic bombs? Then the war will be over... ...I'm not a violent person I'm just...irritated...

Yeah, I hate how people are getting so worked up on the prisoner abuses and casualties on both sides. What about the terrorists beheading our soldiers? Do we just stand there and go "Hi. We're the United States. We are peaceful. We won't shoot you"?

Also, we now know that there really are terrorists in Iraq, regarding the car bombs and ambushes. Woot. War against terrorism, anyone? The war wasn't for nothing.

I love how the "snobs" don't support their stance. Anywho, there are way too many topics on this already...just look around in debate.
