What is a good program to resize pictures with ?
The one I have right now makes the pictures lose quality, it sucks.
It would be very helpful if you could post the link of somewhere I can download it from. I don't know. Any feedback. Thank you.

Hm...do you have Photoshop or PSP? Those are the best and easiest programs to use to resize images.
When I didn't have Photoshop, though, I had to be inventive. Do you have any program that is able to blur images? Like Microsoft Photo Editor? It comes with SOME Windows...That's what I used before.
If you just try to resize in Paint with Stretch/Skew, it comes out distorted and dotty...but one day I tried blurring it first on Photo Editor, resizing it on Paint, and it turned out great. =]
If not, you could try www.download.com. There are a lot of free programs there, and some resize pictures really well.

You can simply resize pictures in MS Word.
1) Paste or insert the picture in MS Word and right click on the picture.
2) Right-click on the picture and choose "Format Picture".
3) In the pop-up box, choose "Size"
4) Tick "Lock aspect ratio"
5) You can either edit the height under "size and rotate" and the width will be changed to the same ratio, OR edit the percentage under "scale".
6) Click OK.
