So, like the friends (GROUP A) i usually hang out with piss me off at times & i go hang out with my other friends (GROUP B). Then the friends i usually hang out with, is kinda' mad at me because i don't hang out with them at lunch & they are thinking that i'm using them but i'm not. i already talked to one of them & i guess were cool? but i like hanging out with GROUP B better & if i don't hang with GROUP A they will be pissed. what should i do?

well, it they piss you off and crap, you should tell them about it. you like group b better anyway, you can just hang with them

Sounds like you need to talk to your friends in group A. If they don't wanna be considerate, then why deal with them and put up with their shit when they make you pissed? I just choose group B!

if group A pisses you off..then just hang out with group b from now on. but first you should tell group A how you feel...the fact that they piss you off alot?

There's nothing wrong with being more social. Just tell both "groups" that you like hanging out with both. You like them equally the same and want to be all of there friends. x] Because I hang out with a variety of groups ... and not all my friends like each other, but hey ... it's life.

talk with groupA first again. try to show them that you're not "using" them whatsoever. if they still get pissed off? dump them.

hang with whoever you want. group A does NOT own your life. if they get mad, tell them, "i have the right to hangout with whoever i want to." no one can boss you around, unless you let them.

So like if i hang out with GROUP B, i can just hang out with them & not tell GROUP A anything 'til they come up to me & ask right?

hmmm i would say talk to group a and if things dont work out hang out with group b and dont hang around with group a...

that happened to me before too, but the problem was groupB was the `popular kids` &i fitted in really well with them, so `groupA` just said i was trying to be popular. well i got mad and said that i didnt want to be tied down to a few people, and just beccause i have other friends to be with doesnt mean im abandoning you guys` (cos groupA was really really clingy to me) but now its all better and i hang out with both groups, and a lot more cos i guess you could say i know pretty much everyone and talk to everyone.

but you should talk to all groupA and just tell them you have other friends too, and that why dont you all hang together,if theyre not willing to meet new people let them be close-minded and cling to eachother while your off getting to know new people, but still always hang out with groupA. just dont let them make you feel guilty, cos you shouldnt feel guilty for having other friends.

i agree. if they're your friends, you should be able to try talking to them.
