2-if you eat salad what do you normally put in it?
3-i started my diet yesterday and im gonna do it for 1 month so here's what i had today what do you think?
school-watermelon
lunch-salad(tomatoes,cucumber,and those leaves thingy)& green tea
afternoon-2 piece of bread
tonight-bread with mushroom soup(it's not dinner yet but that's what i plan to eat)
8 glass of water
what do you think is this healthy?is it kinda like starving myself but i dont feel hungry at all?

well, skipping meals or just havign a piece of bread isn't healthy at all and can actually cause you to GAIN weight instead of lose it. Typically, your body should consume 2,000 calories but that can change depending on your age, height and weight. I'd suggest eating a high in carbohydrate breakfast (gives you energy to keep functioning during the rest of the day), salads are good for lunch but have something with protein too (meat, nuts, beans, etc). for dinner, i'd suggest fish, chicken or meat. these can help you not only lose weight but grow properly. also, drink lots of water ... green tea is good too. exercise at least every other day because this helps with losing weight process .... and be patient! diets dont work over night and it may be weeks before you really see any results. either way, good luck!

i skip meals all the time. i skip breakfast, sometimes lunch.. and mostly dinner. >.> anyways, it's unhealthy.. but.. i have weird moods. sometimes i just simply don't wanna eat. so if you can force something down me.. i just HAVE to barf it out. it's me. i'm weird. i realized that a long time ago. x.x" so i don't force myself to eat ever.
from your choices of food, you are NOT going to survive. You can eat like that for like.. 2 days then some meat 1 day then 2 days like that.. or something.. i just hope you don't gain weight.. because if you don't eat enough, and the next time you eat, you gain more weight. from what i heard. i'm not sure though. =p good luck.

Try to proportion out your plate. 1/2 should be vegies and/or fruit, 1/4 should be a lean protien like fish, chicken, beef, or soy, and another 1/4 should be a WHOLE GRAIN carb like rice, pasta or bread. Also, look for the word WHOLE on ingredients lists for carbs like bread & pasta. Whole grains have more fiber that refined ones, so you'll feel fuller faster, which means you will eat less. Dont cut out all carbs because Carbs are your body's best energy source. Refined carbs like white bread can make you GAIN weight because they're not filling, which makes you eat more. go for nutrient-rich carbs like fruit, veggies, and whole grains.
Hope that helped!

yea i know... and i remember reading one of your (endura88's) posts about you being anorexic, so good for you for eating stuff now

you should really eat more. just a little bit more, even if you dont feel hungry. then your appetite will probably increase, and you'll be eating normally/healthy. and you should have more then bread too... try a bagel w/ cream cheese (or something like that) for breakfast, a sandwich (with anything you want. its almost impossible to be unhealthy with a sandwich) for lunch and soup and a side dish for dinner, and go from there

you should have a more balanced diet..always remember....food makes you smart. every one has a different body..some of us can handle salads and no meat for a few days..however..some cannot. just dont starve yourself..know your limits...

Where's the meat? you should really have a balance meal. but it's your body & you can do whatever you want to it. If you know what's in the food your eating, check the labels on the side of the box, can, etc. i'm on a diet too. Haha.

Do not eat [large] 3 meals.
About 5 small meals would do.
Meat gives protein, so do eggs.
Add a lil protein.
Yes, you need protein.

You know...if you're trying to lose weight, it doesn't exactly let you loose weight if you're skinny. It does your muscles or something like that first.
