When your dad comes home, APPROACH HIM ABOUT IT FIRST. That shows maturity and that you are dealing with your responsibilities. Tell him how sorry you are about having to keep it from him but then explain that you didn't think he would accept it and that you really liked this guy. Tell your dad that you want to continue to see this guy but if it's not okay with him, you won't. That also shows maturity which will be a big thing in this talk. Then ask if your dad could please meet him so he could make his own judgements and see what a nice guy he really is. Good luck =)

you're parents just want the best for you...even when they don't show it they don't want you dating so you'll do good in your school work...just let them meet him and prove that he's a good guy...you're grades are good right...? if not you can always say that he's helping you do better that's what i say to my parents
