Why is it that when a black man talks about a white man it's called funny but when a white man talks about a black man it is called racism?

altho8ugh to be fair i think it had been pretty well covered, it was leaning a ittle towards going round in circles all day

How is it not? In that topic, people are debating about why black people have a black history month, while white people don't.
I think most of us agree that it's the same, so I might as well close this?
