What is the best eyeshadow colour? What about dark outfits? I had a few responses but I was wondering about other combination of colours.

You can do blue and black..or purple and black.

If you wear something dark, I think you should wear a light colored eyeshadow. Vise versa. So you can see the contrast..

i don't usually contrast my makeup with my clothing.
