try massaging it, or exercise more so you won't get cramps. and if you do exercise always do warm ups to prevent cramps
jennyjenny
Heating pads?

I'm not sure. I don't get cramps.

picaso_smile
stretching should help a lot... just stretch until you really feel it and hold that position untill the sore starts to go away.
xj_liana_tx
waiting is all you can do really.

I have the same problem, I use pain patches that are either hot, cold, or menthol or a combination of those. Hope you feel better.

My science teacher told me to eat bananas because I get foot cramps all the time. I dunno if it works...I don't like bananas. I usually just try to walk it off or massage.

stretch your leg muscle. when stretching, don't bounce and hold the muscle for at LEAST 30 seconds otherwise the stretch isn't really a stretch. When you are done running or whatever exercise you are performing, stretch again. When stretching, take your time; it should take approx. 5 minutes. If you're muscles are in pain afterwards, that means you are building a muscle .. you may have worked it a bit much than you should've. To allevate the pain, take a hot bath. This will loosen the muscle a bit, so will heating pads. ALSO, drink lots of water .. this can help lessen the chance of getting these cramps because your muscles are dehydrayed pinch.gif well, good luck!

I get realllly bad cramps..try heating pads and 4 pills with acetominaphin or however you spell it..itll work for a while
sammehmyst
take a little exercise break, still eat healthy though.
and ALWAYS stretch before exercising. shoulders, arms, legs, head, them all.

You need a hot bath...but since ur have ur period you can't really take baths and drink hottt water
bravodancer04
you can take baths with your period..i always do..use a tampon
EmmalieV
breath, STRETCH , shake .

=P
babiedoll03
Yes, take 4 tums a day. You get the potassium and calcium that you need with those. And stretch. I used to get cramps until i did that. Once the cramps start to die down, stop taking the tums as much.

Hope that helps :)
