Is there a way to make the clear tape effect on the corners of pics. using paint shop pro 8? I've looked in the tutorials but didnt see one. If you know of a tutorial for psp 8 on this topic, please let me know. THANX!
i dont use PSP at all, but couldnt you google for tutorials?
do you mean like using a brush to make tape? or any way to make tape.. ill look for a tutorial for it
