What is the best way to apply liquid eyeliner??? I alwayz mess it up and it alwayz looks like an absolute mess!!!!! Help plz...

I don't wear liquid eyeliner.
I don't wear eyeliner at all.

Maybe you should try the regular kind?

i dont have the pencil kind and I wanna work with what I have

everyone asks this- liquid eyeliner is a devilish thing . no matter what you do it comes out bad, and even if it comes out good it looks no different than regular eyeliner. just stick with the non-liquid ones is my advice

no...i can use liquid eyeliner...you just have to practice having a steady hand.

She's like asking about liquid and everyone goes around it saying she should buy the regular one. o_O Anyways, I'm stuck with liquid eyeliner like you. >_< I use it on my eyelid to make my eyes look 'darker' or whatever.. cuz I don't have double eyelids.. o_O anyways. I like take one finger and like place it near the end of my eye and pull it out so that I can draw a line across it. You might have to do it more than once.. but if I mess up. I like wet on end of a Q-tip and like 'fix it' and then 'clean it' with the dry end. Iunno if that helps.. >_< I can't explain things soo good. If you want pics to help I can do that. LoL =P

What I do is pull my eyelid shut with my finger and let's say it's your left eye, I use my left hand to pull my eyelashes into a straight line .. then draw the line! Sometimes if I'm feeling creative i'll do a line that comes out farther and makes my eyes look wider! <3

dont go slow lol or else it looks bad...get it from the inside to the out lol...go sorta fast and just be smooth!!

I would say try holding up your eyebrow so that your eyelid is slightly more.. stretched out. Than take the brush/applicater and LIGHTLY but smoothly draw a thin line over the area you want it to appear. Now let go of your eye BUT DO NOT OPEN THEM.. for like half a minute so it can dry. Be sure it is completely dry before you open your eyes again..


And .. er.. Bottom eye.. I have no clue. It would seem kinda freaky to do bottom eye.. I use the crayon kind.

practice a lot.

maybe just start with the corners of your eyes, then keeps practicing and soon you'll get the hang of it.

i dunno =/ i use the regular pencil... didn't it come with directions.. usually it comes in a box and usually the box has directions

im pretty good at puttign on liquid eyeliner. i think it all depends on wheter or not you have a steady hand. and after you apply it, dont open you eyes right away. let it dry first so it doesnt smear on the rest of your eye
