luckily i don't get them.. u usually get it when u have a constipation problem.. cuz when ur constipated, u like, have a really hard time going to the bathroom.. and yea.... but people who have them say if u got it, just push it back into ur butt..

they are caused by proken blood vessels...aka pushing too hard..so if you have a constipation problem, I guess be gentle.
the cure is not a pill or any too gross...just some preparation h, its a cream to help them heal faster...anyone seen goldmember? thats what the joke was about. (operation ass creme ya ass) it is a natural tho albeit painful aspect of life...I neved had that problem cuz my momma warned me when I was a little girl. They heal up on their own but in the mean time it can be very painful. you'll know because its usually accompanied by some..ah..anal bleeding...as in kinda like having diarrea...but blood..oh kay I'm making my skin crawl. but now everyone knows. just dont cause trauma 2 ur behind...sheesh

eat lotsa fiber... and don't hold it in.. and daily exercise helps..
pretty much eat healthy and live healthy! the people i know who've had these problems lost too much weight in too little time.. so no extreme diets..
iono.. never been a problem for me but every1 that i know has that problem.. i think it's 1 of those, "y is every1 around me dying?" phases when ur like.. 80.. except i'm like 20..
