How do you work out? yeah, I really sort of want to 'fill out' but i have no idea what workouts to do and how. any tips or suggestions?

i do cardio workout for 45 min and then weighting lifting for another 45. before i goto bed i do some few pullups,situps and pushups

i got to the gym and the have a schedule for me to do like squats , bench, ect ya know?? lol but i havent been gong since i am sick

i started out last year by doing situps and cruches i used to do 100 and got up to doing 500 in the summer and then school started and i got lazy so i just did 300. if you dont have any workout equipemnt and you're too lazy to go tthe gym, just like do situps, ab workouts, and pushups. i have a pair of 20lb dumbells so i lift those and sometimes i go the gym or my school weightroom and bench.
but best thing is proly to go the gym
