my topic is on both subjects..so i just stuck it here.

i uploaded my file on my ftp and it had this code in the file:

<MAP NAME='imgmap'>
<AREA SHAPE='rect' COORDS='375,234,528,252' HREF='www.HOSTNAME.net'>
</MAP>

<IMG
SRC='IMAGESOURCEURL' border=0 width=602 height=309

but when i went to see my site, and i clicked on the imagemapped link, it led me to this page:

www.MYSUBDOMAIN.net/www.HOSTNAME.net

how do i get my link to be directed to just
www.HOSTNAME.net

i think you have to add "http://" in front of it. like if you make a link on xanga without the http:// it just goes to xanga.com

wow i feel really stupid now. hahah when i coded xanga skins with the imagemapper i always remembered the http. okay thanks guys =]
