pants dont turn me on at all. but i like pants at a guys waist. sagging bugs me.

It all depends on how low really. A little boxer/brief/boxer brief showing is fine, and can be a tad sexy. But when they wear them so low they absolutely need a belt and you can see about half or more of the undies they need to pull 'em up! It looks silly to me and its really not sexy at all. I wear my jeans(Never wear shorts and rarely pants) on my waist like they were invented to do. Sometimes they may be a little lose but they never go past like an inch under my waist.
