i want to know how to vector. but i don't even know what software to use.. could someone just give a simple summary of vectoring? ^^

if you want to actually vector- rather than vexel- go with illustrator since its a vector based program

basically..

vector = adobe illustrator
vexel = adobe photoshop

You can also use Jasc Paint Shop Pro to vexel.
