hey my best friend is constantly worrying if he's fat and i told him to exercise or something he is 5'10 and 199.5 lbs... should he be THAT concerned?

my boyfriend is what 5'10 and weighs i think 200 pounds... but he's not fat at all!

nah, he's not over weight. If you wnat to make him feel better, maybe go to the gym with him or w/e...then he'll have someone 2 talk 2

I read an article in seventeen magazine that you should find your BMI instead of worrying about weight. I duno...it was a while ago...I forgot how to calculate your BMI pinch.gif

yeah i think. im a little over weight right now need to loose like 10 pounds. cause im 6'4 and 184 pounds. and alot of that is muscle so your friend should be a little cancern.

no. my teacher is a body builder and he said that the normal size for a guy/man is like 6 feet tall with a weight of 250. but if you have no muscle, than you will look fat and most likely be fat. so if he looks fat, than he might not have to be concerned, but he might want to lose weight.
