The most delicious ooey gooey cheesy lasagna I made for my Dad's birthday with my own special homemade sauce, followed by a four-layer vanilla cake with raspberry preserves and lemon whipped cream frosting.

Both of which I made this afternoon.

I had grilled chicken tuscan style, fried zucchini, and mashed potatos from Mimi's Cafe. It was amazing.

I had a hot dog and some fettecheni(sp?) alfredo.
