oh yah i saw that on tv too. lol i was so close to buying that thing. looks fun, haha. but yah i guess i prefer old fashioned crunches.

the logic behind it works...depends on the work you put into it :] I prefer the crunches to all those new technologies

yeah don't bother spending the money...just workout by yourself. the results are usually better anyways...
