i think she's talking about how to put the bracelets on, the direction on how to make the bracelet is some certain way. i've seen people where those bracelets & made it in a certain way, i've always been fascinated on how they made it like that.

put them over eachother so u have like a venn-diagram shape, like a sorta sideways 8. twist the middle twice... hard 2 explain lol
