does any body havbe liek any good exercise tips or workouts or sumthing liek that that dont involve special equipment? i jsut want to b able to workout at home and all i have is a set of 10 pound weights.. if theres already a topic on this osrry but feel free to esnd me the link..lol thnx!

yes, jogging/running is one of the best exercises because it tones you up all around.
also, doing situps/crunches/pushups can help your abs and arms.

I like the exercise bike, weights. sit-ups, push-ups.
They help lots.

situps/crunches are pretty easy(at least for me XP)or you can get the hang of it once you start. running/jogging is a must and swimming also helps as well

get on a good diet program, and run. run alot. running is a really good excercise.
