so ive got two questions

and ive been wondering, can any of you help me

1)why wont my signature work, i want the picture to link to my site

2)where is the request forum
..cause everytime i request a layout here, they tell me to go to the request forum, but i dunno where that it

Just take out the stars and it should work.
