Getting a bit creative here. :P
If you were going to open up your own restaurant, what would it be called?
What would you serve?
And lastly.. why would you name it that, and why would you serve that food?
Hm. I really can't come up with a title..
I know I'd serve Mexican food.. or Irish food. :O
I love Mexican food. Why would I serve something I didn't like? :P
Hm.. name.. name.. [scratches head]
I think I'd call it........T3h Taco Place.
Yes.. "t3h." :P

I am going to appropriate a large and hefty building with atleast 2 floors. It'll be called Dumpling House in English, and something much more pleasing to the ears in Chinese. It will be a 5-star restaurant with a seafood pond in the middle of the eating area. We will be able to keep 500 tables large and small in the eating areas, approximately serving 3,000 customers simultaneously. The average waiting time will be 2 hours without an appointment and 20 minutes with an appointment.
All foods are served in a dumpling wrap. There will be 3 different sizes, ranging from individual, family, to banquet. Banquet dumplings will be able to feed 15+ people, while the family feeds 6+ and the invidual will feed 1-2. Inside the dumplings will be the actual foods, like fried rice, or pork, lobsters, etc. The dumpling wrap around the food will keep it hot and yummy, as if it just came from our multimillion dollar kitchen.
Inspector will rate our food facilities with an A+, and if we have enough money, we'll construct a recycling waterfall on one of the corners of the building, spanning from the roof to the floor. The building will be placed along the San Francisco coast, allowing a view of Downtown, the Golden Gate Bridge, or the sunset at 6PM. Prices will be hefty for thoes who attain an appointment for these areas.
I will make millions. Millions and millions.
(Yes, I thought bout this idea for a while)

I would serve international cuisine. Of course, the hotspot of it all would be in Japan, New Jersey, Europe, or New York. It would be pricey, just like most expensive restaurants, and it would have several rooms like the Lounge Room, Entertainment room and so on. Of course, it would be two stories, and a patio overlooking the beach. ^_^ Or somewhere in the city.

If you were going to open up your own restaurant, what would it be called? The Bahamas
What would you serve? Tropical - SeaFood
And lastly.. why would you name it that, and why would you serve that food? Because I love seafood and I'd name it "THE BAHAMAS" because the restaurant is meant to have a tropical feel.

Haha! Wish this thread was created earlier way back to last year bcoz I had a Business assessment which was a Business plan of making your own restaurant! Very similar to this except my whole assessment ended up reaching to 10 pgs excluding the title page~
I ended up calling mine "Cafe Deluxe" which sells a variety of popular Asian and Westernized snacks, drinks, meals and desserts to suit the tastes of everybody and for them to experience the tastes of Asia.
I chose to sell Asian and westernized foods to be different from other students who were just creating restaurants which only sold like dead straight one type of food(Jap restaurant, plain cafe....) wanted to be a little different.
I don't know how I got the name though. I'm guessing it was the process of thinking what to call my business pissed me off so much I just put cafe deluxe.
