Okay I might just be paranoid but i really think my hair is getting shorter. So does anyone know how to get your hair to grow a few more inches. Eating certain foods or shampoos or sumthing? If you know please tell me, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks pplz

I just read in seventeen if you massage your head like 3-5 min each day it speeds your hair growth. Also eating ginger and pepper like adding them as spices onto your food makes your hair grow faster too. I think it works cause I eat lots of spicy things and my hair grows pretty fast. Good luck

well in the summer my hair grows faster than it does in the winter, so maybe go in the sun a lot? but then i genetically already have really fast growing hair hehe and umm eat fish a lot? i heard somewhere that fish is good for hair. and like my friend told me about like trimming your hair a lot or thinning it because it grows faster? o and straigten it everyday! hehe

i think there are certain shampoos or formulas that speed up hair growth. and there's always the option of extensions.

how can you hair possibly get shorter without cutting it? when it grows out of your head, it cant just go backwords and right back in =p
anyway, there are some shampoos that claim to make your hair grow.

just cut of slit ends.. and you it should grow faster... thats what i do

^Yeah I saw that in a YM magazine once. My friend tried it and it worked for her (her hair grew about like 3-4 inches in about a week) but it made her hair really dry.

i heard that if you brush your hair like a lotta' times, it will grow longerr. but other than that, there are special shampoos, conditionors, sprays, & formula's for your hair.

umm...extensions? or just sit in the mirror, watch, and talk to it. Your hair needs some attention too!

trmiming(like just getting your slpit ends cut off) your hair alot is good becuase it gets rid of your split ends and it really does make your hair grow faster and look healthier

o and it's not good too straighten or use any hot tool on your hair more than two times a week

also they sell vitamins at vitamins stores (like GNC) that are good for hair, skin, and nails

It might be getting shorter because of weak hair. Mine does that too. Get a shampoo that gives you stronger hair.

ummm...shampoo...clean your hair everyday...cut it...I swear it helps...the more you cut it, the faster it grows and the thicker it gets...

wash it a lot! i think it should get longer eventually... mine grows soooo slow!!! i have to often get hair extensions caus i miss having long hair -____-" so short now =(

My mom likes to think that if you cut your hair often, your hair will grow faster.

But...if you cut it, and it grows, but then you cut it again...then didn't you just defeat the purpose? Bleh.

Yah, there should be some shampoos and other special products that help speed up hair growth. Ask your hairstylist/barber =p

my mom says you just trim a lil bit from the very end of yah hair, just a little bit.. and it will grow long.. i tried it and it worked for me... =)

you can also massage yer head for a few minutes.. =)

i used to use it, but i couldn't find it when i went to get hair stuff yesterday.
it does make hair grow faster and soft.

if you pull your hair back it pulls on the roots to stretch it out....

also if you don't use too much hair stuff in it...it grows fast too! =o)
