I honestly don't know why some people choose Rock as they're favorite genre. Like I'd choose Usher and someone else would say Disturbed or w/e. WHY!??? I can't stand listening to loud music and stuff. Why is rock better?

rock isn't necessarily loud music. maybe that's just your opinion..

i prefer rock because it's more catchy, it sounds better, and they don't always sing about the same topics as Usher or whoever does.

It sounds better? I know a couple of rock songs that song good but some dont. I dont know how you guys can keep up with that stuff...

i choose rock over everything else cause it has substance.

compare rock to hiphop or whatever.

rock has a meaning, they express feelings, but in hiphop, they objectify women, talk about sex, booze, and butts. its just, stupid in my opinon.

and the music is better!
