• Kare Kano (His and Her Circumstances) <-- I heard they made an anime of that. I'm not for sure though
• Tokyo Pig
• Chobits - Awesome anime. Funny, romantic, suspense.. well silly suspense =P
• Full Metal Alchemist
• Witch Hunger Robin
• Trigun
• One Piece <-- Great manga, heard it's a great anime too.
• Read or Die OVA (movie)
• Escaflowne
• Ah! My Goddess!

Those are the only ones I can think of.. I want all of the dvds.. But sadly, I am broke. :[

Bolded ones are highly recommended. but of course...its all about your preference, if you dont like drama, kick out Love Hina and Onegai Teacher..and vice versa.

Note: Having browsed through their collection, here are some of my personal favorites that I saw available for rental on netflix:

Great Teacher Onizuka - 10/10 (perfect except for the slightly old animation quality [1998ish, slam dunk-like animation])
Samurai Champloo - 9/10 (one, if not THE best samurai series out there)
Full Metal Panic - 9/10 (kickass mecha with drama and comedy blended well)
Read or Die: The TV - 9/10 (good drama + comedy as well as VERY unique fight scenes [paper])
Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi - 8/10 (hilarious parody - Dragonball, RPGs, Star Wars, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.)

Tokyo Pig? lol that's a funny title name haha cute though.. never heard of it.

love hina is a must. hack sign was boring as hell, i fast forwarded all the episodes hahaha. Ah! My Goddess! is good, read or die THE MOVIE,not the series is really good, Samurai X and Rurouni Kenshin is good, noir is okay.....gets a bit boring at times.
