my list as follows (their not in order but who cares =D):

petey pablo

- that guy is hecka annoyin when he raps, specially in that song Freek-A-Leek. Enough said, and his verse on Goodies from Ciara is also terrible.

chingy

- he really lost it on balla baby. rhymes were terrible on one call away.

ying yang twins

- what the heck? their voice is so annoyin and i dont like their rhyming, its terrible.

snoop dogg

- his rhymes always r so basic yet he changed hip-hop.. weird =/

T.I.

- c'mon, his song "Bring Em' Out" had the most terrible rhymes I've heard.

Lil Scrappy

- I expected better of his rhymes but his verse on "What You Gon' Do" was obviously terrible.
