When you get a erection in the morning or whatever, that is called a FALSE erection. It doesn't mean anything.

Actually when you get an erection in the morning it means you were dreaming of something naughty ;-)...and when you wear tight jeans the blood constrics the penis I think and causes it to wake up. Guys get an erection everyday, well an average guy at least =]!
